Local hand delivery runs from our Odessa, TX lab across the Permian Basin — Odessa, Midland, Gardendale, Stanton, Big Spring, Crane, Monahans, Kermit and Lamesa — plus scheduled routes in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Local delivery is hand-carried by our own driver, so nothing sits in a carrier truck and there is no transit heat exposure — most local orders arrive the same day when placed before 2 PM Central, otherwise the next business day. Shipping goes out through UPS/FedEx with same-day dispatch before 2 PM Central: 1–2 business days in Texas and 2–3 business days to the rest of the country, with next-day air available at checkout.

No. There is no minimum order size, no lab account requirement, and no wholesale-only gate — you can order a single vial. Local delivery carries a flat fee shown at checkout (typically $15), and shipping cost is calculated by destination and service level before you pay.

Yes. Every US state is served with standard 2–3 business day shipping and optional next-day air. Orders placed before 2 PM Central are dispatched the same business day from Texas.

Cold-chain compounds ship in insulated packaging sized to your transit time at no extra charge. For longer transits we increase the coolant load automatically rather than charging a separate cold-pack fee.

2 PM Central on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are dispatched on the next business day, and delivery estimates start from that dispatch day.

Absolutely. Anything outside the hand-delivery footprint ships instead, and every order includes the same third-party HPLC testing and batch-matched COA. If you are just outside a route, contact us — we occasionally extend a route for standing orders.
